Events

I design events that go beyond individual gatherings. They are carefully crafted formats that create encounters, encourage dialogue and open new perspectives.

From the first concept to the final implementation, I connect structure, content and atmosphere to create events that bring people together and generate lasting impulses.

For me, events begin with the act of hosting: intentionally shaping spaces where people can meet, listen and engage in conversation.

This mindset also shapes my professional work. I am not only interested in what happens at an event, but in how people experience it, whether they feel welcomed, seen and invited to participate.

I develop formats that are both structured and alive: events that make content accessible, create encounters and bring different perspectives into dialogue.

My aim is to create spaces that are thoughtfully designed: in their atmosphere, their process and in the way people interact within them.

Approach

Powersharing! Open Space: New Collaborations and Impulses for solidary action, Cologne

At the beginning of every project stands one simple question:

What should remain with people after the event?

From this goal I develop concepts that connect content, audiences and context. I analyze needs, identify potentials and translate ideas into clear structures. In practice this means developing timelines, project structures and task packages, coordinating contributors and maintaining oversight of communication and processes.

My strength lies in translating abstract goals into tangible formats. Even within complex projects, I maintain clarity and priorities so that teams can work efficiently together.

At the same time, I ensure that events do not only function organisationally, but also create atmosphere, dynamic exchange and meaningful participation.

Vision

International Advisory Board, Coach e.V.

I see events as part of larger social processes.

At a time when many people feel increasingly disconnected and public debates become more polarized, spaces for encounter, dialogue and shared experiences are becoming more important.

This is why I am particularly interested in how events can build bridges between people, perspectives and social questions.

In the future, I want to develop formats that integrate international perspectives, strengthen networks and enable long-term collaboration.

I believe that well-designed gatherings can be more than events: they can become places where new ideas emerge, community grows and social change begins.
