Programm Developer &

Bridge Builder

Growing up between different cultural contexts, I learned early on how to translate perspectives and create connections.

These experiences continue to shape my work today: I develop programs and projects that bring together people, ideas and institutions.

"My professional development has never been linear, but shaped by conscious decisions in complex times. During the pandemic, I used further training in design as an opportunity to translate my event expertise into digital experiences. Today, through mmstudio.world, I bring together my artistic, strategic and community-oriented skills under one roof, as a holistic offering that is both flexible and clearly focused."

How I work

National Museum of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

My work is based on clear structures, strategic thinking and a strong commitment to quality and accessibility.

In projects, I activate synergies that connect different perspectives and make use of the strengths of all participants. As a team lead, I keep the strategic direction in view while staying close to the details when implementation requires it.

What matters most to me is truly listening to people, understanding their motivations and translating them into transparent, shared goals.

This is how processes emerge that are reliable, connective and impact-oriented.

Roots &

Perspective

Pyramids of Gizah, Cairo, Egypt

I was born and raised in Krefeld as the child of an Eritrean working-class family that integrated quickly in Germany while keeping its roots alive. I spent many weekends at the Eritrean community center, where I learned the language, writing and culture of my heritage.

This environment not only made me aware of different perspectives but also gave me a sense of belonging between worlds. Early on, I learned how to translate boundaries and build bridges, between cultures, people and ideas.

Today, right there is where I see my strength: connecting perspectives and creating spaces where different experiences can come together productively.

Macht teilen! Open Space: New collaborations and impulses for solidarity, Cologne

My professional path combines cultural production, strategic coordination and design.

I began my career with a dual degree in media and event management and an apprenticeship as an event manager at a Cologne concert agency, where I learned how to design and deliver large-scale experiences.

Shortly after, I joined a tech startup where I gained experience in project and process management, from KPI structures to the development of new locations.

When the pandemic brought the event industry to a halt, I completed further training in design and began translating my knowledge of successful experiences into digital formats. In freelance projects for NGOs, entrepreneurs and educational initiatives, I applied this combination of skills.

Over time, I moved into leadership roles where I combined operational responsibility with strategic development.

My approach is to address complex challenges in a structured way and develop new possibilities from them.

Bwejuu, Zanzibar

I work on topics at the intersection of culture, education and international cooperation. I am particularly interested in transcultural networks that open up new perspectives and create lasting impact.

In this work, I see my role as building partnerships, strengthening dialogue and creating synergies that extend far beyond individual projects.
